Reliance Jio is warning its users about a new cyber fraud. The company is requesting caution by sending an SMS. Let us know what is this matter.

Fake SMS are coming to Jio users for the past few days, in which they are being asked to click on a link to get free data. The company says that do not click on any such link, doing so can lead to cyber fraud with you.

Reliance Jio is sending a message to its users, in which it is asking them to be more careful. It is written in this SMS that beware of any such fraudulent messages that ask you to click on a link to take advantage of additional mobile data.

The company has also warned against clicking on any suspicious links received through email or SMS. Here we are sharing with you the screenshot of the message sent by the company.

The company also said that if you click on such a link, then hackers can mirror your phone to steal the OTP and your important information.

Along with this, Jio has also warned that users should not give any information related to their bank like PIN, password, OTP, login ID, debit/credit card number, CVV, last date etc. to any unknown person.

Not only Jio but from time to time every telecom operator or bank keeps advising its users to be safe and alert from such frauds. In such a situation, it is our duty that pays attention to these things and not get trapped by the traps created by hackers.
