In Bihar, a teacher beat up a student so much that he died for not doing homework. This is the case with Gaya. A 6-year-old child was studying in the third class living in the same hostel of the school.
According to the police, the child was found lying in an unconscious condition outside the school gate on Wednesday. His whole face was swollen. Blood was pouring from his nose. The uniform was also torn. He died on the way to the hospital.
The victim was studying in Little Leaders Public School near Badhi Bigha village on Wazirganj- Fatehpur road. His house was 3 km away from the school, so the family kept him in the hostel of the school. After the death of the child, the family created a ruckus outside the school.
After this, the police arrested the school director Vikas Singh on Wednesday evening. A case of murder has been registered under 302. The school has also been closed after the death of the child. All the children have also been sent home from the hostel.
The child’s grandfather Rambalak Prasad has accused the school of assault and murder of the child. He told, had complained about the assault earlier also, but the school people had said that it will not happen now. After that everything was fine.
Dada told that his grandson Vivek Kumar was thrashed by the teacher Vikas Kumar Singh and thrown out of the school, after which he lay unconscious for hours at some distance outside the school.
He told, ‘Meanwhile Bunty Rajvanshi, a resident of my village Ukhda, was passing through the same path. When he saw Vivek on the side of the road, he picked him up and brought him home. We took him to school and then to the police station, but the police asked him to get treated first. Then he was referred to Gaya, the child died on the way.
When he reached the hospital, the child’s face was completely swollen.
Dr Ravi Shankar Kumar of Wazirganj CHC told us that Vivek had come to us in a state of unconsciousness. The upper part of their body was completely swollen, his family had told him about getting treatment outside also. He was immediately referred to ANMCH after first aid.
SHO Ramekbal Prasad Yadav said that the victim’s family has accused the child of brutally beating her to death.
CCTV footage has come to the fore in the death of Krishna Prakash (14), a class 8 student of GD Goenka Public School, on February 16 under suspicious circumstances. In this, Krishna is seen comfortably walking down the stairs of the school along with other children at 2:52 pm. During this time he looks completely normal. Exactly 8 minutes after this, some children pick him up from the bus corridor in an unconscious state and bring him to school and then he dies.

FIR on GD Goenka School over student’s death, school chairman’s mobile switched off
An FIR has been lodged at Chakand police station this afternoon in connection with the suspicious death of a student of GD Goenka Public School, Gaya. FIR has been registered against the school management. Student Krishna Prakash died on Wednesday evening after falling unconscious on the bus while returning home. Now the police have started an investigation into this matter. At the same time, the mobile phone of the school’s chairman Ravindra Singh is now being switched off.
According to Mrutyunjay Kumar, SHO of Chakand police station, an FIR has been registered against the school management under murder-related sections (302 and others) on the application of the student’s father Chandra Prakash.
