Watch: ‘Whose daughter is she?’ – on patrol with Gaza’s paramedics

Warning: This video contains images of conflict and violence that some viewers may find distressing.

During the first month of the war between Hamas and Israel, northern Gaza was under heavy Israeli bombardment.

Paramedics from the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society, many of whom are volunteers, are the first to respond to calls on Gaza’s emergency number, 101.

Local filmmaker Feras Al-Ajarmi documented their lives and work over several weeks.
