They also have economic targets to hit, such as\u00a0Saudi Arabia\u2019s National Industrial Development and Logistics Programme\u00a0and the UAE\u2019s Operation 300bn.<\/p>\n<p>With more private entities and foreign industrial players joining with state entities to partake in the Gulf\u2019s\u00a0non-oil economic development campaign, <u><strong>MEED\u2019s<\/strong> <strong>October 2022
