The level of noise around us is the highest in any period of history. According to a report by the National Park Service\u2019s Natural Sound and Night Sky Division, noise pollution is increasing two to three times every third decade. Loneliness also increases with constant exposure to noise. It also promotes heart disease, stroke and mental stress. Manhattan Prof. Richard Solvais says that silent yoga and solitude meditation is beneficial to avoid stress caused by noise.<\/p>\n

University of Pennsylvania Prof. According to Matthias Bessner, loud sound causes tension. Staying in a loud noise environment overnight causes more stress-causing hormones to be released in the body. These change the structure of the blood vessels.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
