Chinese President Xi Jinping appeared for the first time on Monday afternoon, 10 days after returning from the Shanghai Cooperation Summit (SCO Summit). Jinping appeared on state TV.<\/p>\n
His appearance becomes important because for many days there were rumours on social media that Jinping has been house arrested by the Chinese Army (People\u2019s Republic Army or PLA).<\/p>\n
