including pregnant women<\/li>\n<li>care home staff<\/li>\n<li>frontline health and social care workers<\/li>\n<li>carers aged 16 to 49<\/li>\n<li>household contacts of people with weakened immune systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\" class=\"ssrcss-uf6wea-RichTextComponentWrapper ep2nwvo0\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-7uxr49-RichTextContainer e5tfeyi1\">\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph eq5iqo00\">A wider rollout will follow on 12 September, which will prioritise the oldest and most vulnerable. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\" class=\"ssrcss-uf6wea-RichTextComponentWrapper ep2nwvo0\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-7uxr49-RichTextContainer e5tfeyi1\">\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph eq5iqo00\"><b class=\"ssrcss-hmf8ql-BoldText e5tfeyi3\">Scotland&#8217;s <\/b>autumn booster campaign will also begin on 5 September, with jabs offered to care home residents first, followed by health and social care workers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><h2 tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"Which-vaccine-will-people-receive\" class=\"ssrcss-y2fd7s-StyledHeading e1fj1fc10\"><span role=\"text\">Which vaccine will people receive?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\" class=\"ssrcss-uf6wea-RichTextComponentWrapper ep2nwvo0\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-7uxr49-RichTextContainer e5tfeyi1\">\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph eq5iqo00\">The UK is the first country to approve the dual vaccine. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\" class=\"ssrcss-uf6wea-RichTextComponentWrapper ep2nwvo0\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-7uxr49-RichTextContainer e5tfeyi1\">\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph eq5iqo00\">However, health officials say people should take whichever booster they are offered, as all vaccines provide protection against becoming severely ill or dying from Covid. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"image-block\" class=\"ssrcss-18mjolk-ComponentWrapper ep2nwvo1\">\n<figure class=\"ssrcss-wpgbih-StyledFigure e34k3c23\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-ab5fd8-StyledFigureContainer e34k3c21\"><span class=\"ssrcss-11kpz0x-Placeholder e16icw910\"><span><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Public health advice bus advert in Birmingham suggesting people should &quot;Boost your immunity with the flu vaccine and the Covid-19 booster&quot;
