NAGOYA: An Se-young wants to follow in the footsteps of badminton legend Lin Dan after becoming the first woman to win two Asian Games singles titles on Tuesday, while Thailand\u2019s Kunlavut Vitidsarn clinched the men\u2019s crown.<\/p>\n
An, the Olympic and world champion from South Korea, has not lost a match since March and gave another ruthless display in dominating Japan\u2019s Akane Yamaguchi 21-17, 21-9 in the final in Nagoya.<\/p>\n
It was the 24-year-old\u2019s eighth title of an incredible 2026 and gave her a second Asian Games gold after winning three years ago in Hangzhou.<\/p>\n
China\u2019s Lin, regarded as the greatest badminton player of all time, won two Asian Games men\u2019s singles titles.<\/p>\n
