Kabul

People battling the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan have requested financial aid. People in Afghanistan’s Helmand province have called for financial assistance to rebuild homes that were demolished amid the Taliban regime and conflicts.

Because the people of the province do not have a house to live in and are going through a financial crisis. As reported by TOLO News, the local people of Helmand province of Afghanistan have been affected by the violence for a long time. The financial crisis has now added to their suffering, as most are not able to rebuild their homes.

Fatima, a resident of Sangin district in Afghanistan’s Helmand province, said: “Twelve family members were killed during a bombing and I was the only survivor. One of my uncles was also killed in that bombing.

Condemning the Taliban rule in Afghanistan, Abdul Shakoor, another Helmand citizen, said, “These walls were torn down during the bombing. We rebuilt these walls to make a house.’ As reported by TOLO News, Abdul Rashid, a resident of Nad Ali district said, ‘All our houses here collapsed.’

The local Helmand authorities denied all claims by the people and said they had begun work on rebuilding demolished houses in war-torn areas of the province with financial support from humanitarian organizations.

It is known that now the bomb blasts have become normal in Helmand. Earlier on September 4, three children were killed and three others were injured in an explosion in Afghanistan’s Helmand province. Last month, there were multiple explosions in the capital, Kabul, in which dozens of innocent people lost their lives.
