Ethiopian runner Tigist Ketema clocks fastest ever women’s debut marathon in Dubai



Dubai: Tigist Ketema has made history after clocking the fastest ever women’s debut marathon time of 2 hours, 16 minutes, and 7 seconds to take first place at the Dubai Marathon.

The Adidas athlete from Ethiopia said: “I’m very happy to win my first marathon; it’s not something I expected to happen on my debut.
