Calling made easier on WhatsApp, one tap can make any voice call

WhatsApp keeps on giving new features to its users every day. This time too the platform has introduced a new feature to give you a seamless calling experience.

Let us know that the instant messaging platform is introducing the CallLinks feature for voice calls. WhatsApp says that this feature will be helpful in starting and joining calls with just one tap.

With the call link feature, users can tap on the ‘call links’ option available under the call tab and then create a link for an audio or video call. After that, you can easily share it with family and friends.

To use the call link, users just need to upgrade their WhatsApp app to the latest version. The feature will roll out this week.

CallLinks feature is being made available to all globally in a phased manner. This means that if you still haven’t got this feature, it’s very soon you’ll be able to use it.

All you have to do is keep the app updated to the latest version, for which Android users can visit the Google Play store and iPhone users can visit the App Store.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg also announced the trial of secure encrypted video calling for up to 32 people. This feature has previously been available for voice calls. Now the company is introducing the facility of video calling with 32 people.

Recently launched new privacy feature

WhatsApp has recently launched some privacy features, including hiding online status. This feature has been announced and will be available to everyone very soon.

WhatsApp said that in the coming few months, the facility to hide online status will be started for everyone. This feature helps users to hide their online status from all or selected contacts.
