Blood pressure can be controlled, chew these 5 leaves on an empty stomach in morning


According to a 2021 report by the World Health Organization (WHO), there are 700 million people worldwide with high blood pressure who have no treatment.

The report states that the number of people aged 30 to 79 has increased from 650 million to 1.28 billion in the last thirty years. High blood pressure is called a silent killer disease because its symptoms cannot be detected in the early stages.

Common symptoms of BP include fatigue, headache, blurred vision, and difficulty breathing. There are many medicines and remedies available to control BP, but you can also control it with the leaves of some Ayurvedic plants.

Consumption of garlic in any form helps in lowering BP in hypertension patients. On average, chewing 300 mg of green garlic leaves reduces blood pressure by about 7 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by about 5 mmHg.

Curry leaves

If you are suffering from blood pressure then use curry leaves in your food. It not only enhances the taste of food but can also cure many diseases including blood pressure. You can chew curry leaves on an empty stomach or on an empty stomach in the morning to get maximum benefits. Low in salt and high in potassium, curry leaves are said to be very medicinal and effective in treating high blood pressure.

Celery leaves

Celery green leaves can be beneficial in lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of high blood pressure. Celery leaves are a good source of vitamins and antioxidants. Consuming celery leaves on an empty stomach not only lowers BP but also strengthens the immune system.

Patients with high blood pressure should chew neem leaves in the morning on an empty stomach. It is believed that the antihistamine properties of neem leaves can help narrow the blood vessels. It can help reduce high blood pressure. Chewing neem leaves or drinking the juice of these leaves regularly can definitely make a difference.
