RIYADH: Bahar, a camel owned by Qatari Jaber Salem Al-Jarboi, came out on top in the “Lqaya” category of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Camel Festival on Saturday, clocking in at 7 minutes 27 seconds, Saudi Press Agency reported.
Organized by the Saudi Camel Federation, the inaugural edition of the festival commenced last Thursday at the Al-Janadriyah arena in Riyadh and is scheduled to run until Feb. 18.
