The murder case of late BJP leader Sonali Phogat has now taken a new turn.
In fact, Phogat’s brother Rinku Dhaka, while speaking at the Khap Panchayat held in Hisar, has levelled serious allegations like the murder of his sister against party leader Kuldeep Bishnoi. Due to this, the Sarv Khap Mahapanchayat has decided that Kuldeep Bishnoi should clarify his stand before the Mahapanchayat.
Sandeep Bharti, spokesperson of Sarv Khap Mahapanchayat, while talking to ANI said that the way Sonali’s family has levelled allegations, Kuldeep Bishnoi is under suspicion. In such a situation, he should put his point before the Mahapanchayat and satisfy the family.
Sonali’s brother Rinku Dhaka made such allegations
Speaking at the Khap Panchayat held in Hisar, Sonali Phogat’s brother Rinku Dhaka said, “I had sent an acquaintance of mine present in Goa to the hospital after Sonali’s death.
When he reached there Sudhir Sangwan met him. Sudhir asked where are you from. Then that acquaintance told that he is from Hisar. Sudhir immediately said that Kuldeep has sent you. Then he didn’t answer.”
Khap gave ultimatum to Kuldeep
Sandeep Bharti, spokesperson of Khap Mahapanchayat said, “Today in the panchayat, the family again pointed fingers at Kuldeep Bishnoi. The last time, many panchayat representatives had expressed doubts about him.
In such a situation, Kuldeep should present a clarification, otherwise, there will be a big Mahapanchayat of Sarvsamaj in Adampur on 23 October and if the family is not satisfied then he will think of taking a decision against Bishnoi. Spokesperson Sandeep Bharti further said that a delegation in this regard will also meet the ministers of the central government including the chief minister and family.

Let us tell you that Sonali had contested the assembly elections in 2019 on a BJP ticket but she was defeated. At the same time, Kuldeep Bishnoi resigned from the post of MLA from Adampur and later joined BJP. It was only after this that he allegedly went to meet Sonali at her farmhouse. However, Sonali died a few days later. In such a situation, Sonali’s family is linking her murder with the Adampur by-election.
Significantly, on August 23, Sonali Phogat died in Goa under suspicious circumstances. After the post-mortem report came, the police registered a case of murder against his PA Sudhir Sangwan and friend Sukhwinder by adding sections of murder. At present, the CBI is now investigating the case.
