Henry is a tour guide who works in central London.
He also has ADHD – attention deficit hyperactivity disorder – and struggles with everyday tasks, remembering appointments and even sorting his laundry.
This leaves him feeling frustrated and embarrassed. He’s made a short film to explain to his family and friends how overwhelmed he feels.
