Do not eat these things even if you have malaria, condition will worsen


Malaria is a disease caused by parasites. This parasite is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected mosquitoes. Often people suffering from the problem of malaria feel weak, high fever and shiver.

This disease of malaria is found most in those countries where there is more rainfall. Malaria is a deadly disease. It is usually spread through the bite of an infected Anopheles mosquito. When this mosquito bites you, the parasite is released into your blood. Once this parasite reaches inside your body, it travels to your liver where it matures.

After a few days, these mature parasites enter your bloodstream and start infecting red blood cells. These parasites double within 48 to 72 hours after reaching red blood cells.

Symptoms of malaria include sweating, body aches, vomiting, high fever, headache, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, anaemia, muscle pain, coma and blood in stools.

Do not consume these things even by forgetting about malaria

Do not drink cold water at all or take a bath with cold water when you have malaria fever. The patient should not take mango, pomegranate, litchi, pineapple, or orange or citrus fruits.

Avoid consuming cold things like curd, carrot and radish. Do not consume foods made from chilli spices or acid juice. Strictly abstain from eating fried or spicy food outside.

A malaria patient should eat apples. Taking the powder of peepal mixed with honey also gives benefits to malarial fever. Khichdi, porridge and sago are nutritious as well as easy to digest. It is beneficial to consume it.

When you feel sick, you can cut a lemon and put black pepper powder or rock salt on it and suck it. The patient gets benefits from eating guava in malarial fever. After boiling black pepper with basil leaves in water, filter this water and drink it.

These precautions will save you from malaria

Prevent mosquitoes from breeding indoors or out. For this, take care of the cleanliness around you. Mosquitoes do not breed in stagnant water, for this, before the start of the rain, clean the drains near the house and fill the potholes of the roads etc.

Keep spraying insecticides at every corner of the house from time to time. Wear clothes that cover the whole body to avoid mosquitoes during the rainy season. If you use the cooler, then take special care of its cleanliness and get the medicine sprayed.
